Skorch Flamez, a high flying high energy creative, who has a bigger vision for the community and children of the world than we may realize. Skorch stands for “Successfully Kindle Our Resources Creates Hope.” North Philadelphia native with a history of entertaining across the world on all types of stages and platforms. He has been dancing since 2005. Learning to use FL Studios to create his own dance beats he then took his talent to local parties and dance offs to chase his dreams. From dollar parties to meeting the late great DMX, Trina, DJ Diamondkuts, RomeYa’Favorite Rapper and more. On top of his dance and production skills he also found his passion for lyricism to add a custom sound for his routines. Known for flipping turning up the party and keeping the vibes lit and leaving like he was never there.
Skorch Flamez not only a growing talent, he is also a growing entrepreneur and is currently pushing his brand and clothing line found on his website. Staying true to his message and mission Skorch keeps the youth in mind with all his dealings. He is often shining light on the hardships of the community and actively pursuing the shift in the inner city. Doing his best to help others create outside the box and think differently from the average individual. Doing more than just entertaining really guiding and leading by example is what Skorch feels keeps his success rolling.
“The city is my studio”- Skorch says when asked when he trains or practices. Flipping off of busses and walls for practice don’t be surprised if you see a parkour style of training which landed him a spot on the Philadelphia 76ers entertainment team. Acrobatic dance and sound to put on at every home game during half time, touring doing shows across the country in front of crowds of 50 to 50,000. Michael Jackson, someone Skorch remembers as being one of the major influences in the beginning stages of his life and it shows. Busta rhymes, Dmx, Baltimore club music, Kay Swift, Dj Sega and more who gave his foundation between Hip-hop and dance roots. Carrying the message keep pushing keep striving to the kids to help carry the torch of the future.
DJ, dancer, producer, Hip-hop artist and entrepreneur has been through the trenches and will continue to be the voice and the motion of what is to come for the city. Constantly practicing to create new moves and his own style has lead to viral Tik Tok moments and a lot of love on social media.
