This past Sunday, the Boston Celtics inched closer to Banner 18 as they beat the Heat in a thrilling Game 7. The “Revenge Tour” sweep was complete as the squad in green defeated all the teams that cut their championship run short these past few years. The Nets, Bucks and Heat all fell to Bean Town’s finest – lead by Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, Marcus Smart, & the OG, Al Horford. Ofcourse, contributions from key role players such as Robert Williams, Derrick White and Payton Pritchard.
Not to be overlooked, first-year head coach, Ime Udoka, has also been a pivotal part of this team’s transformation and elevation. Lead by the genius that is Brad Stevens, these two masterminds whipped up the perfect basketball concoction. Which has earned them a spot in the NBA Finals. Now set to face the Warriors, the Celtics look to continue their post-season run.
