Hello Everyone! BlackStan here to tell you about a new project from a power group out of Philadelphia , thats sure to be immediately added to your playlist. The group calls themselves “Da Renegades “ which consist of artist Acedakhemist, Bash Skeezy, Kaine Black, Killa Kel and Streetz deliver a hard hitting sample of the 215 with Break The Rules. Tracks like “Griselda” featuring OG Benny gives you a idea of the groups militant mindset on a street level. While “What You Gon Do” albeit super lyrical, still hits the palette with a bop that you can “two step” to. You can tell the supergroup put alot of effort into the 7 track EP, No punches were pulled as the group went all in.
Break The Rules is a must download, Each artist brings their own style to the table. The different sounds blend together nicely, like a coffee and breakfast platter from 2 in one on Wissahickon Ave. Each member of Da Renegades have solo projects out, but unite in “wu tang” like fashion to put out this heat.
