Raised in the Uptown section of Philadelphia, Son of The 215, was first known as a solid street hustler. Doing whatever it took to get the bag. After graduating from Roxburgh High school in 2003, Son dove headfirst into the world of Battle Rap. At age 17 he signed up and won a battle tournament called 64 MICS.
From then on Son of The 215 began to establish a solid name for himself, dropping music, video’s while performing shows all over Philly. In 2020 Son signed his first deal with EQDistro, a subsidiary of Rocnation. Since then Son has toured with many hiphop legends. (THE LOX, STATE PROPERTY, MEMPHIS BLEEK) and many more. He is also apart of FREEWAYS (Freedom thinkers academy) . In 2022 Son had his breakout year dropping a staggering two full albums (S.O.N, VETERANS DAY3). He also made his acting debut in the award winning film NOBODY’S SON. Then quickly followed that with two more films (STICK UP BOY and the comedy SATURDAY featuring Red Sox and Mally Cobain, both written and Directed by Jimmy Dasaint.
Be on the lookout for this talented young man as he continues to dominate both the music and film industry. At the rate he’s going the Son of the 215 will soon be the KING of the 215.
