Philadelphia’s own Na Rāi is an energetic, confident, feisty
new artist with a unique and edgy R&B style that leaves you
wanting to hear more. Her flow and ability to embrace any
genre of music throughout her projects shows her versatility
and the depth of her writing skills.
Na Rai has had a rough start in life losing her mother at the
young age of 10, but she uses her loss as motivation to keep
striving for greatness. While having success in numerous
talent shows, Na Rai also danced for 6 years, and taught
herself to play the piano at the age of 14.
“I fully embraced my musical abilities and learned so many
more techniques attending an all-girls music/band camp for 3
summers” claims Na Rai. Soon after that, she attended and
graduated from an acting & modeling school for aspiring
entertainers in 2016 and then in 2018 she graduated high
school with a major in Performing Arts.
Na Rāi began her musical career as an independent artist in
August of 2020 releasing her first single ‘After Hours’. Not
long after, she released ‘Hey Yo’, followed by her debut EP
‘Itz Na Rāi’, the spicy single “The Party” which has amassed
over 30 thousand views on worldstar and is currently
climbing the charts on both Spotify and iTunes.
Her latest release “Don’t Forget That” is currently available
everywhere music is sold and is set to outperform all her
previous releases.
Na Rāi has a beautiful tone, a powerful vocal range, amazing
work ethic, and is very personable which is a recipe for
success. She has been inspired by a plethora of creatives but
her main influences are Destiny’s Child, Katy Perry, Chris
Brown, T Pain, Usher & Young Money.
