Millennials all recall the infamous 50 Cent and Ja Rule beef that started back in 1999. It all unfolded when Ja Rule was allegedly robbed at gunpoint in Queens by one of 50 Cent’s supposed affiliates. It was all-out lyrical warfare from there on out. Now, years later, instances of the highly publicized beef has made a return to social media after a video clip of 50 Cent’s “In Da Club” was heard playing during a Ja Rule concert.
The clip was initially uploaded to TikTok about a month ago but has made its rounds once again. During Power 106.8’s Jingle Jam concert, where Ja Rule and Ashanti performed, Fif’s song started playing and people are then seen on stage attempting to stop the music.
“Aye, cut this sh*t off,” one person is heard saying on the microphone.
In response to the clip re-surfacing, 50 Cent took to Instagram where he shared the clip with a caption.
