Music Video of The Week: 3azy Kane “Intro” Ft Hollywood Kane

3azy Kane the Next Big Name Outta Philly

As a young kid growing up on the west side of Philly, 3azy Kane was exposed to rap at a really young age. He spent some time messing around with it during his youth but didn’t really begin taking rapping seriously until he got to college and realized he could really make something out of rapping. Hollywood Kane, now his labelmate, pushed him to take his rap career more seriously, 3azy Kane followed, and they started a rap group called Kanegang.

Since his humble rap beginnings on his college campus, 3azy Kane has developed into a budding star. He gets his musical inspiration from generational rappers like 50 Cent, Tupac, and Kendrick Lamar. He loves the versatility of all three and tries to showcase his own versatility inside of his music. Currently, 3azy Kane has a recording partnership with an indie label called Kammb Mile High Gang, also known as KMG. Kane has also dealt with hardship in his life and says that making it out of Philly is one of the biggest challenges he’s faced in his life. According to him, it’s easy to get caught up with people and things that can get you away from your goals and dreams.

Kane released a track called “Demon Time ft. Kur” with his labelmate Hollywood Kane on February 11th. He also plans on dropping an EP at the end of February called “NEGUS” in celebration of Black History Month. Kane says his biggest musical accomplishment so far has been freestyling on stage with Wyclef. 3azy Kane is following in his predecessors’ footsteps and will be the next great rapper out of Philly.
