The #BussItChallenge has undoubtedly helped propel Erica Banks career as the single went viral on TikTok. The catchy single samples Nelly’s famous lines on his Pharrell produced hit “Hot in Herre.”
On the remix, Ms. Banks recruits Travis Scott who adds his signature ad-libs. The remix kicks off with Scott’s auto-tuned tinged verse that’s delivered in his laidback flow. Banks is then heard on the second verse with unchanged lyrics. According to sources, she was unaware of Scott working on a remix for her record.
“I was just wowed. I’m like What the hell is going on? How did he even get this song? That’s how I found out, through phone call of somebody calling me and telling me,” she shared.
